I get why they want it and tbf adding it before the Puma with spikes was just the wrong choice.
I do think Germany should get a lynx though, no reason not to add it.

All that means is that Russia should have the R-77-1 instead of the base R-77, if they’re both basically the same then Russia should get the better one, and the one that it actually used

Eh the puma vjtf is considerably better, so the KF41 being added earlier isn’t much of a problem.
Again doesn’t matter about performance, its still a German design. In any case they should get at least 1 model.

KF41 can get killed by .50 cals from the front and the spike launchers being angled the way they are means you can’t use spikes for self defense within 200-250m of your vehicle.

its a german developed vehicle its that easy, a lot of the germans included just are a bit of rheinmetall fanboys.
In my opinion the australian KF41 would make a perfect IFV premium for germany, the ability for people to be able to get one for a line up so they got a light is invaluable
This was how the swedes tested the M1A2 armor, they wanted one with DU in the armor but were allowed and when they tested the armor examples but it performed poorly which is why they decided to think of an armor kit to add to it to improve the values
As long as it was only proposed it remains paper and thus likely won’t, and definitely shouldn’t, be added.
At most they should get the trialed M1A2 with ammo limited to the time of trial, but I think Sweden top tier ground has been hand held enough for the time being.
The CF-18 is arguably more questionable
