The FGA9 feels pointless when Id much rather have 4x SRAAM instead of 2x 9Es and the SRAAMs just drive me mad

Sounds like a sensible law. Britain had a similar one but for the danish and it involved 32 pounder guns among others.

Tbf we hate the Swedes, they hate us, its a mutual hate but more like an annoying sibling, and Norway is stuck in between and we’ve been hitting them in the crossfire for over 1000 years. Then Finland is drunk and sitting on the side. Literally perfect to put us all in the same TT lmao

There is no way we get F-18, F/A-18, Su-30, J-11B, and F-2 all in one update. Gaijin usually adds top aircraft in pairs now, with some other features on the side, so I bet we’ll see the F/A-18 + F-18 and Su-30 this update, and the J-11B and F-2, (etc?) in another update.
Sad that’s how it is but it’s more realistic than expecting the super ultra mega air update all at once.

Firebirds added several new top tier jets, but they were all for the purposes of strike first and foremost. (unfortunately the Ra’am had to be added, which spelled doom for top tier air)
This last update seemed rushed as all hell and even despite that we got the Su-33, Rafale, and the Eurofighter Typhoons as well as an entire thai sub-tree.
So it’s not unreasonable to see those jets being added, especially given the J-11B will just be a stat adjusted J-11A, the F-2 they’ll likely base off an existing F-16 model then adjust it. you might be able to do the same with the Su-30 depending on which they pick.
So ultimately the F-18 is really the only drastically new, ground up vehicle they need to make. It’s not exactly an unreasonable or unprecedented thing. Seek and Destroy added like 7 top tier jets.
