IMO Naval only changes from the normal addition rules by what is added, not when, so the precedent of the R-Class going to Russia first instead of the UK still holds.
Its a pretty bad precedent to set, and just opens a can of worms that will cause more friction between the player base and Gaijin.

The only thing that would have mitigated it is if Rodney had been a good state. But she still isnt 2 months later and we are awaiting an overhaul (expected with the next major). Guess you forgot player statistics play a role. Thats why only the Mig 15 and Late war F86’s went down but all other nations worse jet fighters stayed at 8.7 lol, yeah the Hawk will be played by die hard Brit players and it will keep a high BR rating. I mean that why the J35D is 10.7 in sim while being flarless and all the premium noobs somehow got the XS to be 10.3, same jet but with countermeasures and 2 extra missles. Player statistics rule all and money
Honestly i fully expect the F-5A(G)-40 to go up in BR even when its countermeasures get nerfed because the only people still playing it are mainly from the nordic nations. The Norwegians will make this their exclusive main jet.
Tbf there has been no evidence to support a Finnish hornet to even be in the works outside of general thought assuming it will.
I think its 50 50, both Finland and Germany didn’t get the 2S1 despite both nations benefiting from it had it been added.

I rock a 2.5 KD in it and fairly consistently kill Thai F-5E players because people continue to try and turn and bleed all their speed to get nose on a mach 1 F-5A

Loadout options. Hawk 200 has a mini F-16D radar, and can have loadout options ranging Aim-9Ls to ASRAAM and Aim-120C5s.
A2G is just as mixed. basically pick a BR and there is a loadout option for it.
But even just looking at the 2 AMX’s they have different BRs for “reasons”
