You can do that with the Kh-31P, and China has a similar design - the YJ-91, but not sure if that can do the same. In DCS world you can shoot AWACS down with its C-802 missile which is an AShM.

Su-30mki maybe? Comes out of the Su-27 with advancements of other systems, able to work day/night, sea/land attack and air capability, familiar yet alien to UK pilots. Produced locally by India (known for tata steel or eastern resolve of making their own things) and is an eastern land.

Well some ex-soviet engineers worked for China, the T-10-7 prototype was sneaked in with Ukranian engineers which later became the J-15 too
