do any of the naval nerds know which version of Queen Liz we’re getting? I know that the QE class got like, 4 major retrofits across their VERY long service life.

way I see it, it’s pretty simple.
The U.S. and Sweden are the only two nations entitled to one. By virtue of America literally making the damn plane and operating it, and Finland’s line not having a capstone and they operate the Hornet.
Britain is ELIGIBLE for one but not entitled to one
Same is true for Germany to a lesser extent
Italy and Japan is copium
