way I see it, it’s pretty simple.
The U.S. and Sweden are the only two nations entitled to one. By virtue of America literally making the damn plane and operating it, and Finland’s line not having a capstone and they operate the Hornet.
Britain is ELIGIBLE for one but not entitled to one
Same is true for Germany to a lesser extent
Italy and Japan is copium

I think britain is SLIGHTLY (cant stress how slight) more eligible than Germany by virtue of how many Australian and Canadian vehicles exist in the British tree.
While Germany has what, 2 swiss vehicles? one of which got immediately removed from the store.
But the leak that Switzerland goes to germany gives them more odds at a Hornet than Italy or Japan.
How did the Japan thing even start? I know why people feel Italy “can get” a Hornet. But Japan? really?
