Major Update "Hornet Sting" - Rumor Round-Up & Discussion (Part 3)

can the Rafale take off with 50,000 pounds of weapons and fuel?

Dang and the tonnage?

Been a while welcome back

No but it can be stealthy
(both have there strengths and weaknesses)

You obviously aren’t used to using metric. 25 tonnes is more than 50000 pounds.

Yeah, they are building them, and I expect they’ll overtake us in the next decade or so, but for now Britannia rules the waves once more

your right. 25 metric tons is more than the MTOW for Rafale lol

What is a tonne compared to a ton?

1,000kg instead of 2,000lb

so rougly 2200lb

Rafale too, but it use other stuff, not only the same stealth as F-35.

Mostly dialect differences, however in regard to imperial, a ton is 1016kg.

EDIT: nevermind, that’s a different thing. I don’t know.

They are both good at different things. However we also have wild weasel f/a-18s which are some crazy people imo.

A ton is 1000kg.

Metric system rules by 0.

Yes? Apparently does 13.5 tons of fuel and 15 tons of weapons for a total of 28.5 tons of additional weight (weird that you’re using imperial though)
