There isn’t enough air in naval battles and if you do want to bring it out it’s so expensive. IMHO you should (depending on the plane i’m going to use the SB2C helldiver) get a squad of 5-10 aircraft with you as leader. Now you actually have a chance against the aim bot AA on ships. They should maybe also add a fly in naval mode where you and others can spawn in planes while others are on the sea. (prob big map and teams for this idea)
It’s just super unrealistic to have 1 aircraft against a entire cruiser let alone 3 of them sometime.
The US navy got cooler with the introduction of the Mark 41 VLS, but before that it’s the USSR all the way, the only thing they were lacking was a proper carrier, but the ways they tried to compensate for that were great, mad, but great
I mean the US navy was better, don’t get me wrong, although the Iowa was just weird imo
and as far as submarines go, the Typhoon is just cool, it’s massive and iconic thanks to The Hunt for Red October, and Soviet cruise missile submarines are great. Theres also the Alfa class which has a special type of nuclear reactor (liquid metal cooled) that basically wouldn’t need refueling for the service life of the boat, and was I think the fasted ever attack submarine at 41+ knots
But yeah, US naval aviation is hard to beat, honestly only the Chinese have come close with the J-15, but they’re still a long ways off

The rest of that leak, as well as other leaks from the source seemed to be very accurate. From what I remember only J-10B and J-10B were missing from last update, and they might as well be there this time.

Would be nice to see those added now, they could hype those up in the teaser together with F-2A instead of yet another “US/USSR and maybe a few seconds of one other nation” teaser. J-10B and F-2A could be a nice dynamic akin to F-15/Su-27.
