the issue is that the ARMs that the tornado GR1 could have are already in the game and is at a BR where several other planes are getting ARMs gaijin is of the opinion somehow that the ALARM that is worse in almost every way compared to the HARM and Kh25MPU is actually better and isnt allowed to be lower then 12.3

SU-39 is su39. it gets more ordinance it turns better has arguably a better CM (counter measures not community managers) split gets a MAW system being subsonic when you have supersonic anti radiation missiles means practically nothing
