The response we have is its getting the HARM and therefore moving up as 11.3 would be probably to low for HARMs, thats why the Tornado GR.1/ASSTA1 wont get HARM as they are 11.3 and wont get it because only snail knows

my mistake they gave the RET.8 4 HARM and kept it at 11.7 but why does the GR.1 have to stay 11.3 where it has no lineup just so it cant get ALARM because if it got ANY alarm it would have to be 12.0???
