I mean… VF-101 Grim Reaper skins are cool but, they could choice ways better option instead C&P from F-14B.
I mean it’s quite on theme with what the aircraft really is in game so…

The problem is even though the VF-101 had a more unique camouflage when they disbanded in 2005, they added one that was almost identical to the camouflage available on the marketplace from the B model.
It’s just a shame they didn’t bring the low-visibility camouflage or even the 1970s retro camouflage.
We got one singular low-vis camo (default) for this aircraft which is just ridiculous and even with high-vis options we got its not too bright really. Reused market camo of the F-14B, unique test squadron camo but locked behind pre-order and the rest which is all high visibility and for the most part resembling the very first F-14A liveries. Not very unique to the model, not nice

Because nothing controversial has ever been added to the game, right? Indonesia is not replacing the VT-4, the VT-4 was never confirmed to come.

thats fair but it just seems odd to me, like the VT-4 could have been added to the already existing subtree line as a top tier subtree vehicle but instead they added ANOTHER leopard
im most likely wrong because gaijin does just love adding leopards (to everyone EXCEPT germany) but idk
The only time we knew about the Thai VT4’s existence were leaks from two sources and also the eventual namemap “leak” which basically contained the files for the Thai VT4 (jp_vt_4).
i bet they were going to add it if they Chinese play base didnt react with this way they did

In reality, the VT-4 is always able to come for Thailand. It just didn’t. Many Thai vehicles are still missing, its improper to say that Indonesia’s 2RI replaced the Thai VT-4 when we still haven’t seen a quarter of what Thailand can offer (or even Indonesia in this case). Also the 2RI would be higher than the VT-4, so not much of a replacement (12.7 vs 12.3).

this is true and honestly im not gonna complain because the vt4 is worse but it does look cooler imo
