I don’t know about earth, but with how the temperatures are shaping up in a lot of places in Europe, my heat death will be pretty soon.
Because it rains alot in june where i am (midwest) it makes the already blistering heat even worse due to the high humidity. Like being it 100 degrees(40) i can normally manage but when the humidity is at 95% i have to wonder whether or not I am swimming…

Looks like all our heat went there. 27*C here today

It is cable of carrying/using aim-120A and it does need it especially if it going to be 13.3 with other jets with more modern fox 3
It can carry multiple of them. aim120 where designed to fit into sparrow pylons like the F-4F KWS LV
Like you said the navy didn’t want to spend money on something that was being phased out so their was no point in upgrading the f14D further at that point and at the last min change out aim120 upgrade for the lantirn upgrade

Relatable, though in Europe having AC in buildings is not really a thing so we just either live in the dark or roast alive
Out of 22+1, we have absolute unnecessary ones like an event and premium for France (yeah France), 2-seater Block 40, MLU for Sweden
But we still lack Block 30 (US ADF time travels right now), a US non researchable F-16, and somehow all F-16A variants either have mixed engines, loadouts or radars
