It would be an incredibly iffy thing to balance. MICAs would mean 13.3 would already be a stretch if it can only carry 2x MICA, it can’t go lower than that, it could even be argued that it should be 13.7 with MICAs. However the F1 flight performance would be horrendous at those BRs.
I’m not against it though since I wouldn’t buy it. I’m only buying the Dutch F-16AM because it’s dutch, not because I need it.
Although the turret ring fix is already far better news than them buffing the LFP will ever be. Most 12.0-12.7 MBTs would still easily pen the LFP, but with the buffed turret ring you at least won’t be frontally molested by BMPTs anymore.
At this point Gaijin should just remove all other nations and only left with Russian and Chinese. Adding turret basket to all tanks while Russian’s autoloader can somehow tank shots and still not die. Don’t forget to mention unreasonable nerf to other nations. Gaijin is now just only care about communist.
I think France might release a Mirage F1C equipped with four AASM missiles in the future (I forget the exact model) to serve as an attack aircraft package.
You know, nowadays every country has a premium fighter jet pack paired with a premium attack jet pack.
yeah i know I’m expecting the opposite hence turn around of the year, phrasing could have been better on my part lol,
For me the turret ring is already enough but it would help immensely when your stuck at a standstill because theres an enemy on the other side of a lip or hill so the angle they would have to fire at the lfp would be enough with the extra armour to block90% of rounds it be a nice qol change that wouldn’t affect most other in game situations again this is so niche that it would due nothing only benefit is bulling more stock grinders lol
Realistically I doubt the LFP will be a lot more than between 480-520mm KE protection IF Gaijin decides to increase it, which would still have 12.0-12.7 top tier MBTs lolpen it at most angles.
dont worry the russian tanks will get them eventually its just the autoloader acts as a tradeoff buying them the least priority to get it in exchange for 90% of russian players being very easily 1 shot able.
this comes with the slight exception that the 10% that are good bring like under 20 rounds and make it a really annoying thing to detonate under specific circumstances
well its a hot topic they probably have to very carefully word and present the information to either not come across as idiots, benefiting certain nations or changing rules at there own will with no rationalisations needing to be given otherwise there will likely be a lot of player pushback will it change the results nah
its definitely better they take time to make a well research blog than a lazily written one
