the devs do definitely seem to absolutely HATE this tank, it got an engine buff they see its doing to well for there liking and it gets hit with all of these “scheduled modules” but they never thought to implement some of the 2 year old bug reports to justify it first

Strv 122 has better armor than the TVM the 2A7 should have better armor than the prototype they sent a decade before yet that’s not the case.
true but eh the 2a7 doesnt really need it ingame, the challenger on the other hand needs it armour fixing badly
That’s a lot of vehicles, armor is a suggestion. Modules are a mega nerf that’s just how it goes.
I’ve been waiting for the Merkavas to have realistic armor or for the CV90 to get their realistic armor, mobility, weight, ammo, ect ect

im pretty sure the challenger 2 has fought t80 and t90 in that unamed eastern european conflict also weather it has fought them or not changes nothing about the reports we have on its armour values
Iirc no it had better armour then IVT (what was a ugly chud anyway) the TVM was equal as it used the same mexas composite
yeah and it should be buffed for realism but gaijin doesnt care, also theres a difference gaijins made the leopards armour good enough to take a hit (the protection analysis is wrong the ufp will richochet 90% of the time)
that isnt the case for the challengers even though they should 100% not be penned by 3BM60 on the upper front plate

I noticed that the new M1A1 model on the test server has improved the turret basket’s ability to withstand fragment damage. Now it won’t be completely destroyed by a few fragments. I wonder if this change applies to all of those main battle tanks with turret cranes.

Yeah, it’s a shame they are locking unique vehicles from these nations to the premium section before they even get a chance to receive proper fleshed out techtree lines.
I just hope these will eventually be changed to named vehicles based on their camouflage (like premium copies of techtree vehicles) with a copy in the techtree later.
