it was the same w all oplots and tanks before it, they got given glass armor until their armor was ready and was just placed in when the dev server shut down or when the live went well live

either way, the external comp screen/(N)ERA is armored glass, internal armor is now composite

In addition, Germany’s top-tier ground lineup currently appears to rely heavily on a small number of specific vehicles to remain competitive. Are there any plans to introduce new vehicles in future updates to fill these capability gaps and improve the overall top-tier gameplay experience for German players?
germany doesnt operate any SPAA w radar guided weapons, only using radar cued IR like iris-t as far as i know

But you dont need specially a Radar guided missile to get the Fantasy LDIRCM bulls*hit helis, as modern weapons like the IRIS-T has HOJ (Home-on-Jamming)
TLDR: while the missile is blinded it uses the source of the blinding attack as its target

Long range can become medium range if you butcher them enough (see japanese, italian and french top AAs)
And medium range one can become short range see old IRIS-T SLM behavior
