We have other similar cases such as the malasyan Su 30 MKM which did not bought nor even tested kh38 still received them as “ The presence or absence of supplies is irrelevant. Only the technical feasibility of using the weapons matters.”
Regarding the Eurofighter the case is not similar but the same, a weapon thats able to be employ on the airframe not been bought or used by other operators. Considering this earlier cases the Hosbo should be given to al Eurofighters.

Stupid question but have you tried using the check files option and/or reinstalling it completely?
Or how about if you make a new WT account and try and log in using that?
Web login (Live, Steam, psn etc) is broken right now
You can only log in with a Gaijin account
Edit: to prevent confusion: only on the dev server live is fine

Are you using a separate WT launcher for the dev server or are you using just 1 launcher but swapping between dev and standard?

Try having 2 separate launchers if you have the storage for it. Have one for the live server and one for the dev.
It would just be to see if it lets you into the dev server so you can check if it’s an issue with your account or not.
