Indeed, and even tanks with baskets would be able to turn at the very least by hand given redundancy mechanisms.

the T-90M Arena is not even new … its newer than new … 1 proto posed only for a photo shoot and yet its already in WT.
yet 2A7A1 (already delivered few batch) and 2A8 are ready for production + ordered for export (from European nations alone securing over 350 orders), delivery starting this year

a russian proposal that not “didn’t go that far” it was scrapped extremely early in development, you cannot add it without fantasticating a new turret for the t-14, cannon, sensors ecc.
it’s true that ammo was tested (exists inedit pictures of the petals) but it’s unrelated to T14
so they give us an abrams then instantly nerf the challengers for no reason
