If the NT event is anything to go by, then so long as your RWR is being pinged then ARM is theoretically usable. Radars tend to ping through trees.

So you can probably fly very low and fire them off, you can certainly operate far more defensively than you would have to with any other weapon. Especially on something like the Tonka

Mobility and firepower are 2 of the main lifelines of the Abrams family, mobility + firepower is THE strength and puropose of the Abrams in game. The SEPv3 sacrifices a bunch of mobility (dev stream weight for the SEPv3 is WiP) for a non existent armor increase (wow the already impenetrable part of your armor became stronger).

You have a slower SEPv1 with no notable advantages. So just a worse SEPv1.
