if it uses R-27ER motor, it wont reach that realistically. To reach Mach 5 out R-27ER you gotta give it quite good launch parameters

But we’ll have to see if that has changed or not. Tornado GR4 in the SARH/ARH BRs could be about to become a very funny aircraft to play 2x Aim-9M + 7x ALARM
either be fast at turning of ur radar and haul ass so the IOG doesnt get you or have quick reflexes to fire a missile or 2
RU ARM are 3.5/6 Mach which is a good amount faster than HARM but not too crazy
HARM has much better seeker than anything and also has better IOG apparently
I mean they give no launch signal you can always gamble and take your shots

its said the ARMs will be inaccurate and not guaranteed kills but well see that on dev and then after the Update

Source: Me, who has killed plenty of people (especially Helis) with the IRST.
Last I played with it though, it was just the basic box lock, no range or heading info.
