im curious how ARMs will shake up top tier, shot from closer range will probably be a guaranteed kill as most SAMs probably dont have the reaction time to hit the missile before it enters the minimum range

Ive always been partial to them actually and since they got chaff and a half baked FM they’ve been okay.
The biggest issue in the Nuclear thunder event with the ARMs were that the A6 and A7s were rubbish (tonka is way better) and the AGM-88s just always got intercepted and you couldnt really saturate with only 4 ARM
GR1/GR4 can carry 9x ARM.
So better FM, infinite chaff and more than double the ARM count, In NT, the GR1/GR4 will probably be some of the best for SEAD below the max BR and things like saturating with GBU-39s becomes better
THey also look really cool and style points make up for a lot
The “its pointless” reasoning drives me mad. “People will just skip it if its in a folder” as if people won’t also skip it because its a premium. And also the F-14B is in a folder meaning people will also skip it to get to the F/A-18E so why not make that a premium too whilst we’re at it?
Gaijin seem to consistently forget the reason for folders to begin with.
