That Relikt buff will only really affect the already horrible APFSDS rounds like the hstvl/rdflt that struggle with any ERA really lol

I might be getting it wrong thru the translator but doesnt it say exactly that KE2020Neo would be the only shell truly having an edge over modern Russian armor? From the text you posted it seems that everything up until Neo could be struggling against K5+ armor.
