US F-15E was not getting the -229 engines because they didn’t want to make the best CAS aircraft the best fighter as well, but the F-15I getting the -229 engines is suddenly not a problem?

You mean none of which passed 100 respawn times? I even doubt if you have the modification for CAS works.
Where was this heard from? I watched the dev stream and they just straight up skipped over Japan.
