I think F-117A’s implementation as a squadron vehicle is perfect, and I think the low BR is warranted.
It is not particularly useful, but, at this BR, at least it won’t be useless either; it’s not meant to be meta- instead, it will function as a test bed for new game mechanics while beinga fun gimmicky vehicle.
It’s a very, very niche vehicle for sure. But as always, if it’s performance warrants it in game, BRs can always change.
The very second Britain gets Leopards, the Germany branch at rank 8 will lose all meaning.

F-117s climbing to space and flying to bomb a base for 10 minutes only to get 2/3rd of a single base (OP).
For 8.7 it’s by far not the worst thing you can face at all. It’s not like pretty much every other 8.7 plane can do the exact same.
