I think 12.3, its faster than the A-10C which is 12.0 and with Aim9M and an HMD it will be viewed rightly or wrongly an upgrade to that.
Well with the recent interview and the delay what is a C&P down grade I think they scrapped the idea and may go for a more powerful option
