Actually，I think many german TT player’s heartbeat was stop when the Finland’s Leopard2A6NL, at that time, A6 was the best MBT of GER TT. From then on the tendency keep going. we will see more leopard in other TT, Leopard2A4NL,A6NL things in French, but A4SG for China I think that a surprised.

Gaijin does not want to fix Chinese vehicles. They do not want to see Chinese top tier have outright better vehicles than Russia.
As a Sweden main i would have prefered Patria 120xp over 2a6 as the top Finnish tank

I really do not wish to bring politics into this, because I am sure most Chinese players are just as confused as us. However it is confusing as to how blind Gaijin is to sentiments in Southeast Asia.
Furthermore, if we only consider gameplay, this is still a terrible decision

now I know what you are thinking, some of these stuff are american/israeli stuff still, but its also these upgrades that make it unique. Lets not forget EJ Kai ingame is also an american plane upgraded with american things (because they left out the aam3) and that is still IN japan tree

A mistake IMO, but it’s too late to revert it
It ruined vehicle friend or foe identification in SIM battles, and also lost some immersion by having what is effectively opposing force vehicles on the same team

Actually only 1 of the 3 US event Merkavas is in the israeli tech tree currently.
And the one that is is also different (worse) from the event version in the US tree.

More additional words, as someone who has been more actively playing Japan lately, they don’t even need whole ASEAN selection. Literally Singapore and Thailand combined would be enough, maybe together with 1 or 2 Malaysian jets such as the F-18D to give them a Hornet, just that would suffice but I can only pray now that this is either a troll by the leakers or gaijin seriously reconsiders going through with this

At this point i would not be suprised about, i dunno Leo2A6 to Russia as a squad.
But there isn’t a Singapore tt, and the f15SG is at a nice sweet spot between the E and EX which would be perfect to fill the gap between the 2
And the upgrades were also done by USA, it makes more sense for SG to go to US than the Iran f14
