I once read on the forum that the reason for the Ototmatic not having more Darts is an irl issue with the autoloader.
Is that the case for the Draco as well?

it has a separate rack for the apfsds, so it should be able to carry more rounds but only be able to shoot 3 rounds before having to reload.
Cant say about the draco as it seems to use a different autoloader, as far as i have read it uses a 12 rounds drum, which is different with the lifter like system on the otomatic
Dart should’ve been of the main features of Draco, it was advertised with it.

it has them but gaijin nerfed it to max 12
or maybe you are talking of some specific ammo, in that case idk

If so idk about Draco, whether it has any limits for the amount of Darts, not sure if it can use regular APFSDS at all.
IRL OTOMATIC has double autoloader, one for AA shells and additional for APFSDS shells with 3 ready to fire + 9 next to loader in the first-order ammorack + more can be carried in the reserve hull ammorack next to driver (up to 26). Although so far it’s too complicated for the game as I understand.

It was an older project, OTOMATIC doesn’t have equipment to guide Dart shells, which arrived later.
so far i have only see that it can use “all rounds in service” but i dont know if that also applies to the apfsds and they have only displayed it with regular rounds and the DART

Correct because there’s something better.
There is the CV-90 FRES which was Ajax’s competitor, and to be honest for game purposes is probably better, being lighter, more Hp/T and as neither have been shown with missiles the improved mobility, profile and noise reduction is a huge thing, it also has seemingly better armour coverage of the crew compartment at least visually. It would quite literally be a CV-9040 with a different 40mm.
It’s also not fat and ugly with parts randomly bolted on which is a positive.

I see there are two decals for French WW2 bomber squadrons… That’s nice, but it would have been better if there had been some actual vehicles that had to do with the French air force… Either among the prizes, or the pool of previous events.
It makes me also miss the monthly unlockable decals, not gonna lie. Where have those gone, sincerely ?
