From what i managed to gather. 1000+ speed is a 2s booster that launches the missile out of the container, 500+ is the 15s sustainer.

According to the Mirage 2000D RMV manual, it can’t use them.
It’s the only weapon system not mentionned in it
Then again, The Mirage 2000D isn’t supposed to have the radar it has in-game either, so…
