This is my thought when I see people say we shouldn’t get the MICA IR. Kinda seems like it would only go on the Mirage 2KDRMV and it would only get two. Kinda seems to me the IR doesn’t have THAT much over the EM that would mean two of them are better than 6 EM’s on the other M2K. Even if it would, a Br raise every patch makes sense.

MICA IR has LOAL, DL and a infrared imaging seeker. It would def be overpowered.
Yes but you should be comparing 2 IR vs 6 EM with a potential Br increase over it…

I think this is why it’ll come on a platform that only gets two. It’s the best way to implement it.

To be fair it would be nice to have more cosmetics like that for aircraft since you can’t add decorations like in tanks or ships. Although cockpit decorations could be nice, some pin, images etc etc

Pretty sure different teams are responsible for these 2 things, but I’d love more options for air RB. I like the SIM style maps and gameplay with air RB mechanics. But I really want to see more targets like ships, radar sites (functional) maybe some bunkers so there will be a variety of things we can do and so we can add more weapon types
