Major Update "Firebirds" - Rumor Round-Up & Discussion (Part 2)

It does make sense, I’d just thought that the F-117 would also make sense as a vehicle w/ a really weird performance point, and specifically being an aircraft after a ground vehicle monthly event which was preceded by a ship.

Why wouldn’t they be considering ECM ? The JA 37D has it 's pod modelled, and iirc there 's already unused loadout icon UI for ECM pods in general

It has 5 pairs of IS-6 wheels and the last pair of standard ones.

Nah, just need Sea-Dart

I would like to see working radars first…

Damn Gr.4, Su-34 and F-15E? This update isn’t as boring as I expected.

I’m curious if Israel is also getting the F-15I at the same time?

@Smin1080p_WT
Is there any word from devs about japanese aircraft (Fuji T-1, Ki-64, etc.)?
Or it will be another sad update for japanese air players :c
Japan really lacks of vehicles.
There is plenty of suggestions to fill up the Japan attacker, cas line.

A new shortened gunpod, more smart pylons and cockpit interface for using GPS-guided and other smart weapons, possibly a helmet-mounted display.

One shot down, one hit and limped back to Germany and I have no idea about the third one to be honest

It was just me being anecdotal about them not adding ECM or anti-radiation stuff yet

This leak does seem to hint at a change with Gaijin. Maybe they are reverting to the old plan for Singapore/Indonesia/Thailand subtrees by next year.

Or maybe this was a misunderstanding from the start with the leakers mixing up “Chinese ASEAN subtrees in the works” with the ASEAN countries in the works for Japan. Perhaps they just assumed this meant that all ASEAN countries would be moved to China (when in reality China would receive Myanmar/Laos/Camodia) and that everything being worked on for Singapore and Indonesia was part of that.

This would also explain the uncertainty regarding Thailand, being sort of excluded from the ASEAN China leak, but not really included with Japan either. This might be because leakers questioned it for already having an aircraft for Japan, but also being part of ASEAN which confused them.

If Gaijin really is backtracking this is what they want us to think anyways. So if all goes well and they go the reasonable route I will be happy to believe this.
