I’m working on it, its going to take a while tho since the tree includes ~100 vehicles and I’m considering cutting it down then simply updating the post. Plus it will sit in pending for a while anyway so 🥲

If there is, hopefully it’s in the tree and not copy and paste (like the strela 10 and osa).
India imo should’ve either been independent or with Israel so it could’ve had more room for vehicles but here we are.

Tbh India wouldn’t even have enough room with Israel, they have 4 lines worth of air stuff and at least 4 lines worth of ground stuff… They definitely need their own nation, unless nation folders are finally added

I’d imagine India would need nation folders to fully fit, though I believe it would’ve been a better use of vehicles to help a small tree (while offering a nice counter balance with more eastern orientated equipment) or a new nation rather than 2 copy paste spaas and premium/event fodder in a tree with an existing subtree, nation folders or not.

Yeah, no matter what India definitely needs to be more about unique stuff and less about copypaste, the Marut has been a good start on that. Nation folders would really help because they’d allow keeping India as a subnation while giving it enough room

What’s the deal with the MiG-21s with ‘Type-’ monikers, I thought India called them MiG-21s (e.g. MiG-21UPG).
Those are all foreign designations, the Indians never formally refer to their MiG-21’s as MiG-21’s because most of their MiG-21’s were built and upgraded domestically. It’s basically for similar reasons on why the Chinese don’t refer their domestically built MiG-15/17’s, 19’s & 21’s & their derivatives as such

Off the top of my head, they had them designated “Type 77s & Type 88s”, theres probably a few more variants & designations, so ill look into it!
