There is a way between this you know, it’s called just giving the 2A7V the same values as the Strv 122.
Yeah so the 2A7V massively beats the SEPv2, bwcause trophy doesn’t work against APFSDS and M829A3 doesn’t have a massive increase in penetration compared to DM53 from what I remember reading over the years.
Now the US player already has to come back in the SEP, because the 2A7V doesn’t need much skill beating the SEPv2, so now said player is at an even bigger disadvantage.
And this goes on and on.

And yet in that certain event, we have little to no corroborating evidence to prove this. However we do have proof that said HARM’s have decided landing in apartments and vacant fields are just as good. Broken clock can still be right twice a day.

me over here in a CR2 Black knight knowing full well I will only be able to pen the turret ring and mantle from now on (but they can shoot anywhere and one shot me because balance)

Their HP/ton differs a whole whopping 0,09 if you don’t mount TUSK. Top speeds are also only slightky different.
All in all it’s a tradeoff. The SEP has better thermals while the PSO has side armor that can somewhat stop autocannons.
