I had a different experience in the test flight. Are you sure you had reference mode on? It seemed fast and especially maneuverable to me.

the 2 incidents I read up on with a MiG-25 failing mid flight both had the engines fail at Mach 3.2 thus the manual said only to fly at Mach 2.86 for prolonged time
now I’ve not heard anything about wing rip problems with it, however what I heard was that the thing wasn’t any manoeuvrable
I guess he loves BMP-2. Probably that’s why BMP-2M is soo good.

3.2 Mach was forbidden to fly. The speed was limited to 2.83M by the strength of the Canopy. The MiG-25 was not a maneuverable aircraft.This is a high-speed interception
Mig 25 just isnt that manuverable to begin with, its decent. Just not compared to dedicated fighters anyways. But its fast and has a powerful radar with good missles. I dont think it was ever inteded to have to dogfight if it had too.

it is powerful but outdated
