It did not. The export version of the Su-27 was not developed until 1991 when East Germany was near its brink of collapse. They were more concerned with the Stasi and civil unrest than to purchase new planes. It was a political mess. Don’t make up claims as you walk along, and certainly I would like to ask for a source on your statement if it’s actually true.
