It’s funny how, while showcasing Leopard 2A7V, they shot, with HEAT, at the 9.0, 1971 T-64A and it couldn’t pen it lmao. Now imagine facing T-90Ms and T-80BVMs with a shell that can’t damage a T-64A.
We are getting present day MBTs that can not harm the earliest composite-generation MBTs because of their garbage stock shells, which are literally unfit for modern MBT combat, let alone against tanks with 360º HEAT protection.
This is the equivalent of giving stock AIM-9Bs to Rank VIII Top Tier jets. A joke you can’t even imagine, right?
We must do something to change this once and for all.
Stock HEATFS for Top Tier tanks is UNACCEPTABLE. And even more so now with Rank VIII.

I mean that is just the standard M1A2 hull. It doesn’t show the different materials in the xray for the abramses. Just like the xray shows the same armor for the base M1A1 and M1A2 SEP turret, while the SEP turret is far thougher
They seem to be giving 9Ms to everyone at this point Japan is getting it on the 15J even tho they never used it.

Sadly not even close, the thickest added armour only represent the 15% of the frontal chassis, The top armour are much more thin so is like almost nothing, and now with the T-90M is going to be like nothing on my opinion
