Yeah which is why I reckon Germany will have a very high winrate in the first few weeks after the update release at least compared to the US and UK.
The US and UK both possibly have worse rank VIII counterparts, depending on how they are all implemented, and low level 11.3 premium teammates to deal with.
Keep in mind the USSR is also getting the T-90M so no I doubt that will happen…

T-90M IMO is not as good as 2A7V
T90M is just an uparmored T90A wich means heavier, less Mobile, and something about T90’s is that their weakspots are specially more frail than other russian tanks, less thick
