The F16 is not overperforming, the R-27ER is the best missile in the game by far and outshadows the AIM-7M.

AIM-9Ms are easily defeated if you don’t have brain rot, and r77’s aren’t that hard to preflare / outrange. The fight is never about IR missiles, simply that Russia already outranges America and the AIM120 would reel back in that advantage to a more level playing field.

The AIM-120A/B is an asymmetrical equivalent to the R-27ER, anyway, with it having worse performance but being ARH.

I remember the flanker who use N001(radar) is not able to use R77(J-11 is ok, since PLAF updated them through hack the weapon system)

No, you cannot. The seeker cannot see anything outside of its target within ~1.5km.

thinking trough i dont believe the 2A7V will come with DM73 but with DM63 since russia has only developed 3BM59 so far as the best shell fired from a 125mm as far as i know, so chances are that we may be getting abrams with M829A3 instead of A4 and leopard with DM63 and T90M with 3BM59

DM63 is just DM53 that’s harder to set off, so it wouldn’t be that hard to make for the game.
