Which doesn’t exist. AbramsX is likely not going to be the M1A3. The Army is already signaling they want to cut a bunch of weight on the A3s. We’ll have to wait and see how it develops.

We really don’t know. GDLS had pictures and video of it moving around and what the interior looks like, but who knows how much of it is functional or real.
As of current they are wanting to make a hybrid between the SEPV4 and AbramsX demos. The current project they have started a couple months ago is now the M1E3. So we will see what remains after they piece it together.

Maybe. The SEP series is dead. The V3 is the last one. The Army has had a lot of problems because of the weight. I wouldn’t be surprised if they swing hard in favor of reducing weight and figuring out the rest along the way,
Ground RB is going to be dead as hell if they don’t make some adjustment on the CAS

My last question is when do we think the f18 could be added?
Oh no I am going off of an actual release from the Army haha. They had V4 plans drawn up but it weighed more than the V3 so they are going for a in-between of the X and V4.
I hope I am not coming off in a bad way here, just throwing out what I saw.

Current Ground RB already hard enough, too many FnF thing coming from sky while several nation except USSR and China still didnt have TWS radar on their SPAA

Yeah, and I live the tanker life as my job. I’ve talked to the GDLS guys a lot in the maintenance bay and the guys at the schoolhouse. The Army is going to swing hard in the weight reduction aspect. The press release was exactly that, a press release.

Yes… I understand that. I was purely posting it in case no one had seen that there is an official new M1E3 development for a hybrid. Of course its weight reduction. I don’t see where the disconnect is as I was agreeing with you that the X was not going to be the final product of our next tank project. The press release is a signal that they are beginning a new project after talking to GDLS, and y’all in the tanks currently.
