I meant that sometimes patches have a short video, colloquially referred to as a “teaser”, usually being shorter than a trailer, showing a small handful of vehicles and not revealing the patch name.
This trailer, so named, shows more content than a teaser would, it also doesn’t show all the content as you say, but usually reveals the patch name.
Some patches have had a teaser and then a trailer. This patch seems to have a trailer only, so far.
I am wondering if I have correctly categorised the video and understood the nuance?

you would think that now wouldnt you, but look at the gripen the most hyped and anticipated jet for this year aaaaaaaaand its gonna be DOA and got no where near as much time in the trailer as the F15 and Su27

I was confused by that actually. But no I think it will get 8 pylons originally, and depending on which variant of the Rafale they plan to introduce initially they may expand it to 14 as a stopgap and then add a full rafale standard later as opposed to an early one with a very limited armament.
Yeah… .well at least that means the game is now ready for other nations to get their “iconic” and “anticipated” additions as well. Typhoon for Germany, italy and Britain. And then Rafale for France.
But of course. they;'ll be a singel frame in their respective trailers. if they are feature at all

I find it a bit disappointing that there will be no Fox 3s coming this update. Su-27 will be the best airframe with by far the best missiles in the game. With an erly AMRAAM vs R-27ER US would at least be able to compete (R-27ER still being kinetically the best missile, but AMRAAM would at least be active).
In the update that brings Fox 3s, are they going to jump straight to AIM-120C vs R-77 or keep Russians ahead with R-77 against early AMRAAMS? Are there any other options for Russians, besides R-33 on MiG-31, that would offer the same mechanic but not be as deadly as R-77?
it would have been nice to have a single patch where the UK and Sweden were the focous since they are currently the most lacking nations at top tier jets but again instead the bar was pushed more so the soviets and the american can once again be the star of the update
