Yes, it has Comformal Fuel tank and ground loadout which F-15A/B/C do not have.
No Fox-3s. Called it.

the barrel is to short
It’s the 122B Evolution. Roof armour + extended beak module + add-on side armour
without Fox 3 an F4F ICE would have no use
