It hasn’t been removed, just rare to see since it requires a high proportion of players to be queueing w/ aircraft that have the " naval aircraft " spawntag, and is still nation-locked to USA/GB vs GER/ITA so it needs that queue composition to stay stable long enough to generate it 's own match, before a match on a non-locked map does( very very rare ).
These issues are shared w/ all ARB carrier maps.
Norway already has carriers, they even switch from WW2 ones to modern angled-deck models at jet BR 's. You can test this for yourself by creating single-player Custom lobby using the map.
