Sorry for asking so many questions, but do you happen to know how this compares to the Gripen, MiG-29SMT/G and F-16C?

They might as well, it has barely more penetration than 3BM60 so it wouldn’t make a difference.
3BM59 is around equal to M829A1.
Du offers quite the improvement over tungsten. Sure it’s not going to spike it into 700mm or anything like that but it should add at least another 20mm or sm
Incorrect. Flares on the F-15A are proof it is an MSIP aircraft, which fielded the AN/APG-63(V)1 from the 90s.
The AN/APG-68(V)7 on the F-16C is from the late 80s.
The APG-63 series is also significantly larger, meaning it requires more power but can be much more accurate and powerful.

the difference is not massive, but the F-15 should be a little bit better than the F-16 IIRC

What is wanted or not is subjective. This update is very much wanted by personally me because I don’t care about the lower BR stuff.
I’m 100% ready for the SEPv2, F’15 and what I assume to be the 2A7V.

I’m kinda curious why people want the Abrams hull upgrade. Like yeah sure it’s better than no armor but it’s gonna make you slower and no one shoots these things in the hull front anyways, pretty much always the turret ring

Also if the improved hull really only provides 520-550mm vsKE it won’t make much of a difference at top tier.
@Smin1080p From what I know japanese f-15 can not carry aim9m so it will left behind meta with aim9m and r73. I heard “devs saying AAM-3 for japan is better aim9m so it is not coming soon” can you confirm that’s true or not and if there is a chance for AAM-3 soon?
