rusians can claim whatever they want. The manufacturer of said ERA has never seen or will see any of anti-ERA rounds of NATO countries etc. They can bullshit their own government, but bullshiting the whole world is a whole bigger deal. Even though they had some success for a while.

It did not. All the things I know about rusian military come to a single truth. And trust me, I know more than you. They never improve, they never change. They tell they are though and a lot of people still believe it for some reason.

From zero to 5 in 3 years, considering the upper limit being 1000 can be called a tremendous improvement, because it’s no longer zero, but they’re forever behind with them, same as with every other piece of tech they produced/produce/will produce.
