LFP will always be the best weakspot yeah, but the turret roof is also a pretty consistent and easy to hit.

What about the number of fragments generated after impact? Did you test that?

It wouldn’t matter because the armor would prevent the fragments from entering the tank.
The M1 does, you hit the Sight complex, commander / loader MGs or CROWS with HE (e.g. 3OF26) you can just overpressure the roof since it’s only ~25mm.
I think I misspoke. What I meant was whether it would increase the degree to which heavy explosion resistance weakens the penetration depth of armor-piercing rounds. In the game, heavy explosion resistance has a deflection effect on armor-piercing rounds.
RU tanks and CN tanks have the largest exploitable area. Chally also has this problem. Abrams/Leo don’t though, due to their small “bridges”.

Even AGS was 2/2 for turret roof shots.
Their hull down performance is actually mediocre at best, I have no idea why are people still glazing them.
Should just make it more realistic; give NATO MBTs their correct Armour and Reload (reliable 4 Seconds for Leopard IRL on a few months trained Crew btw), give China its Spall Liners (and Side ERA for VT4A1) etc. and adjust the BRs accordingly. If one Nation doesn’t have an Top Tier then so what…it being artifically enforced is going to make it just artificially bad and just causing frustration, leaks, confusion etc

I’d go to say it’s closer to outright bad, although some of the Chinese MBT’s (MBT 2000 specifically) have it even worse

To shut up the community. They kinda got a new one ripped into them after their laughable attempt at the F-14D, so they figured, “hey, let’s give American players a new round, that’ll make them happy,” and it’s a round that does 3mm more. Someone should tell them that despite what their wives say, 3mm is not a lot.
Yep. It makes me speechless that people have so much battles at 10.0+ and don’t know such basics.
And it was like one battle and one flank. And what I found interesting how good players behave alike in battles and how I can understand what you’re going to do before any shot
