I would like to suggest this Standart M8 Grayhound armed with a 37mm gun and .50 Cal M2HB AA Mg(different suggestion), together with the Modified Mg 151 Drilling one which would create a good Duo in game as mobile small AT/AA Vehicles.
The German army never really had enove vehicles to fill its gaps, as such many captured vehicles, tanks, trucks and other equipment were used as is and/or modified to be better and/or fit a new roll.
Especially when it came to Low flying plane protection, while later on the Flakpanzer series came to be, most were Self propelled guns mounted on Halftracks and trucks, such as the Sd.Kfz.10. However they were only thinly armored, if at all, and such this M8 LAC while not the thickest hide, would certainly come in handy.
Visibly, the gun and M2HB was taken away, the hole covered up and a Mg 151 Drilling placed in the middle, fixed to the turret, which now acts as a free rotating gunshield, turning with the gun, which itself is shoulder stabilized as well as free rotating, by the force of the gunner.
