In a environment where armor doesn’t really help that much, M60A3 doesn’t have the mobility to compensate that. Leopard 1A5 has mobility, which is a advantage at this battle rating range.

Armour really helps because leopard’s armour can be penetrated with 30 mm gun but M60A3’s armour can’t and M60A3 has dynamic armor

Depends on which M60a3 TTS, the Thia/chinese one i can somewhat understand since they have a good top end shell though they suffer from M735 existing but the US one? nah that is perfect for 9.0 since it’s more sluggish than the Leo 1a5, and a worse shell in a br where the only russian armor matters
