Especially seeing as this variant was made specificically for lend-lease, its just funny that as previously stated the m4a4 we have in game were british ones sold or given to other nations during and post war XD

It would a reason to putt the Sherman II at 3.3 and the V 3.7
Honestly we should have seen the sherman III and I before we got the II, as both were used in much larger numbers, of course all are dwarfed by the V. A folder for them might be most ideal. but all would be greatly appreciated also allowing them to spread them out a bit better in terms of brs

Still amazed we don’t have this. It’s such an easy vehicle to add, considering it’s a copy-paste. Come on Gaijin, this suggestion has been around since the old forum. All that’s needed is:
- Drop Sherman II to 3.3 and remove T45 ammo.
- Copy-paste the M4A4 from the Chinese/French tree, and change the name to Sherman V
- (Optional) Model a pair of RP-3’s onto the turret and sell it as a premium called Sherman V (RP-3)

Bumping this - Italian, Western Europe and Burma campaigns all had the MKV in use by the British. It should definitely be in the tech tree.

The odd thing is there are a few in game with some of the minor nations, each one was sourced from Brit stocks, we were the primary operator of the type XD

I beg of Gaijin not to make this a premium for the UK tech tree. After all, it’s the most widely used British Sherman variant. If they need a premium Sherman for the UK, the Sherman III would be a better choice IMO.
France has both the M4A1 and M4A4 in its ground tree, so hopefully the UK will get a similar treatment.

If they had to add a premium/event version of a Sherman to the British tech tree, the Sherman III DD or Sherman V DD would be a good candidates for that.
Agreed. Though they seem more suited as limited-time event vehicles rather than something sold as a GE premium. Just my two cents.
What about the Sherman’s with tulips? Those should make good premium Sherman’s.
