HISTORY
The M41 Walker bulldog was an American light tank developed for reconnaissance purposes and was built by Caddilac between 1951 and 1954. This was a vehicle to replace the aging m24 chaffe vehicles. due to the wagon’s weight, it was also effective in a close infantry support role. The M41 was also the first American post war vehicle to see worldwide service.

This wagon, like many others in Danish service, was upgraded several times. The last update of the M41 was around 1980, and was intended to give the vehicle the ability to fight more effectively in the dark, in addition to other updates such as a new and more efficient diesel engine with a much longer range. As a result of this latest update, the Danish Fosvar now had a more modern reconnaissance tank and therefore given the designation M41 DK1. Vogna also received a new type of ammunition with higher penetration and better possibilities to fight enemy tanks.

The M41 DK1 was gradually withdrawn from service, and was partly replaced by Leopard 1A5 tanks. The M41 DK1 was officially pahsed out on the 1rst of January 2000, but was used as a shooting target and for salvage objects at some schools

IN GAME
In the game, this would be a super wagon around 6.7-7.7 somewhere, either as premium or researchable, with both decent mobility and firepower. It would either be added as a premium/event in the Swedish tree as it is now or in a Danish subtree, but we also have more possibilities as a new Danish, Norwegian techtree
