先去检查一下你的官方商城有没有显示你已经“购买过”m4a4礼包了，现在我遇到了“被购买”的严重bug，贴吧调研也有n多遇到一样的情况的人，这导致在小黑盒购买的m4a4谢尔曼的cdk码因此不能正常兑换。目前gaijin客服还没有对我的询问作出任何反馈，大家先小心不要踩坑哦。

I have this problem aswell.
The CDKEY I bought for “M4a4 pack” in HEYBOX(小黑盒) can’t be activated in my account.
:(
This is really weird and I hope this problem will be solved soon :（
What question did he prompt?,Not activated? Is CDKEY already in use? Or did you activate it in the wrong place?

The CDKEY is being activated in a right place, you can find this in the 3rd picture.
And it’s sure that the CDKEY is not being used yet.
When he bought the pack and he get the CDKEY, then he type the CDKEY in it and press the “activate” button, the system just say that “you have already own this vihicle” but the truth is that the vehicle need to be activated through the CDKEY.
Which means that the problem gets into a closed cycle ----- you need to get the vehicle through activating the CDKEY, but you can’t activatte the CDKEY since the system “identify” that you had already own this vehicle.

I believe there are some problems in gaijin’s official mall.As you can see in this two pictures，the “show purchased”in the discount page say that its“already acquired”.But when you see the “Purchase history”in the player’s“profile”page，it tell the truth:no you never bought that before.
I don’t know how that can happen.This is really weird lmao.
