So it may be for balance reasons but Why have it with 60mm LESS penatration than the sheel was rated for?!?! any search online shows it. its just inaccurate AF.

M4A3 shermans mainly. anything before that doesnt have HVAP

Okay, could have metion that in yout post, beocuse the M4A3 is the ONLY one using a M93 round. And it is APCR!!! Dawg, Apcr is bad as hell! WW2 APCR is bad! That why YT says to new players to not use APCR. And show me a document of the M93 real pen.

also no, historically H-VAP was one of the greatest options for a tank to fire, especially the M93 which had a 100% hit rate @ 500m, penning 203~mm
also in war thunder H-VAP used to be great, Gaijin changed how it works, and combined with volumetric it is currently, unrealistically bad.
and historically, every Sherman fitted with the M1 76.2 cannon could fire the M93, it is purely for balance reason not all 76s have it, as the entire reason for the creation of the M1 was anti tank, as the M2-6 75 series was great against infantry, but struggled against armor
