M1A2T Export Armor same as DU armor?

I would say they should be close, but models tend to be downgraded more for export to areas where they are more likely to be captured, I’m not sure if they would risk sending NGAP, DU or not to Taiwan, but they should be at least M1A2 standard.

I have seen conflicting opinions on the M1A2T is a SepV2 or V3, if its V2 that lacks NGAP anyway I would say it’s a near certainty that it has the same protection as the Australian Abrams as we sent all our old AIMs to Ukraine without, at least to my knowledge, changing the armour arrays. so the USA obviously doesn’t care if it’s captured at this point.
